1. Call the card issuing bank.

This is the first step you should do. As soon as possible you need to call the contact center of the credit card issuer and report the credit card lost case. Ask to immediately block the credit card.

When reporting a lost credit card, usually you will be asked three things: credit card number, date of loss of credit cards, and and last date (and nominal) transaction you make.

2. Check the credit card transaction.

3. Report to the police.

To take care of a new credit card, sometimes there is a bank that requires a  lost letter from the police. Therefore, you need to go to the nearest police station to request a loss letter of credit card.

4. New Credit Card 

Ask the bank to remove the credit card missing. Usually the bank will verify some of your data. And you will be creating a new credit card.

5. Close the Old Card.

Once you receive a new credit card, make sure also if your old credit card has been closed. This is to ensure that your old credit card can no longer be used. So, you do not have to worry anymore with the credit card missing.
